Lahore: A 17-year-old girl has been abducted by armed men in the Shadbagh area of Lahore, reported on Sunday.
According to reports, the girl, named as Ayesha, was a Class-X student who was on a bike was on her way home with her brother.
The CCTV footage clearly shows that on with there way home from school, the accused happened to come from the rear in a car. They forcefully pulled Ayesha and moved her into to the car after holding her brother captive at gunpoint and drove away.
According to the police, Ayesha was returning home after completing her exams. They also subjected to torture the girl’s brother over resistance.
Although a case was filed, the accused could not be arrested.
Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz has taken notice of the girl student’s abduction in the Shadbagh region.
The chief minister demanded a report from the capital city police officer (CCPO) and ordered him to secure the student’s safe recovery as rapidly as feasible.
