ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has restored all the taxes on mobile phone cards.

The Supreme Court presented a hearing on the issue of the mobile tax deducted by the government, and once again the objection was taken against the judicial jurisdiction and said that the tax exemption should be referred to the concerned commissioner, the tax exemption on the implementation of tax The example is not found, due to the ruling on taxes, the government is deprived of a large portion of its income.

The Supreme Court specifies self-notice, restoring all taxes on mobile phone cards and terminated the order. Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa said that the Supreme Court will not intervene in tax matters.

It is clear that in 2018, the Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar took the notice of tax deduction on mobile phone cards from government and mobile phone companies to prevent the public from getting tax.
