PTA got 26,894 grievances from telecom purchasers against various telecom administrators, including (cell administrators, PTCL, LDIs, WLL administrators, and ISPs) as of March 2021. PTA said that it had the option to get 26,808 grievances settled, i.e., 99%.

As per PTA information, Jazz drives the graph with 18,386 grievances and Zong at the second situation as the most grumbled telecom administrator with 3,013.
