Google is committed to changing the user’s video call experience and making it more realistic than ever. Google is experimenting with next-generation video calling technology for its users. So when you talk to someone in a video, that person will be displayed in 3D, and interestingly, you can even view the person from multiple angles, in the same way, you can change the angle of the 360-degree picture, Can even get into their eyes. Google calls the system the “Starline Project”, and it will basically make the video more realistic, which is actually a real and elegant video chat setting.

The platform captures a person’s appearance through multiple cameras and sensors, and sculpts them from different perspectives, thereby providing a perfect video call experience for imaginary users who feel like they are sitting in real life. These corners are then connected together to form a 3D model, which will be sent to all interlocutors in real-time. In the Google preview, this Starline is used in one-to-one chats, but this Starline is not used in group chats, and both parties seem to have special technology to make it work fully. Maybe Google can extend this feature to groups in the near future.

Google has published a sample video (see below) that shows how people interact in the video, allowing them to actually chat with each other. The people who chatted on the video said it was like being in front of another person, which was great. The system is huge now, it looks like a light-filled cockpit, with multiple cameras and a seat that can sit on. Google relies heavily on non-standard hardware and dedicated hardware. According to the report, the cockpit has multiple depth sensors and a 65-inch light field display that can help one person sit in front of another in three dimensions.

Facebook lets religious groups charge a little amount from their members

However, this video chat room can be used in some Google offices. Google plans to trial this technology with various partners after this year. Google hopes to get feedback from medical groups and media centers because it is very beneficial to these industries. During the pandemic, most meetings will be conducted via video chat, and the company hopes to rely mainly on video chat in the near future. After starting this function, the fuzzy call will be deleted.
