PTI (Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf) has announced that they will hold a public rally in Karachi on Saturday, 16 April 2022, as part of the protest against the overthrow of Imran Khan’s government.
In a tweet, PTI leader Asad Umar said, “Get ready, Karachi: Khan will coming on Saturday, 16 April 2022, Mazare at Quaid. And, insha’Allah, Pakistan will witness how Karachi supports Imran Khan’s quest for independence.“

Former PM Imran Khan has announced he will launch a campaign to fight “foreign elements” who allegedly toppled his government.
Protests took place on Sunday by PTI workers and supporters. They were held in various cities and towns across the country, such as Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Quetta, Sukkur, Jhang, and Okara.
