A women’s public university in Pakistan has banned students from using their smartphones while attending classes.
The Swabian Women’s University announced that the new security measure will come into effect on April 20th, Wednesday.

Social networking applications impair student performance and have an adverse effect on their behavior.
In case of violating the instructions, the authorities will take disciplinary action by confiscating the mobile phone and imposing a fine of Rs. 5,000.
