Bolivia opens investigation into Evo Morales over alleged role in 2009 killings of Europeans
Bolivia's attorney general has announced a preliminary inquiry into former president Evo Morales and his ex-vice-president over the alleged murder, torture and unlawful detention of European citizens during a 2009 hotel raid in Santa Cruz.
