NI Secretary Sir Chris Bryant to ban Drumcree parade
Northern Ireland Secretary Sir Chris Bryant says the contentious Orange Order parade at Drumcree cannot go ahead, after the PSNI chief constable warned of an unacceptable risk of serious injury and disorder. The announcement came on the 13th day of deadlock in Portadown.
