‘Stranger Things,’ Netflix’s popular sci-fi series, premiered Season 4 last month and has kept fans hooked ever since.
‘Stranger Things,’ one of the most popular and watched series in India, has been enjoying a place in the streaming giant’s ‘Top 10’ list in the region since its May 27 release.
‘Stranger Things’ was released in 3 other dubbed variants in India, including Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, and the hilarious banter between the duo Dustin and Steve on-screen, dubbed in regional languages, is even more rib-tickling than the original.
Tiger Shroff Dialogue Choti Bachi ho Kya in Stranger Things 4
One of the similar interactions between the two in the Hindi version from Episode 5 includes the two entering the creepy house with lit torches when Steve asks Dustin, “Tumko torch kaha se mili?” (Where did you find a torch?)”, to which Dustin responds, “Tumhe kya sab kuch batana padta hai? What do you mean? (Do I really need to tell you everything? Are you a tiny baby?)”
Indian streaming audiences couldn’t help but draw parallels between Dustin’s words and those of Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff in his film ‘Heropanti.’ Previously, the Bollywood dialogue had demonstrated to be total meme fodder, with viral ‘Choti Bachi Ho Kya’ memes all over the internet.
