In the United States, about 66% of young people trust these sites, while in the United Kingdom, about 86% of young people trust these sites. Many people have not yet decided whether to trust these websites. 24% in the US and 22% in the UK are still unsure whether these websites are trustworthy.

When it comes to groceries, Americans trust these sites twice as much as the British. About 41% of Americans use food review websites to decide where to eat, while only 22% of Brits do watch movies, one in five Americans watch movies based on IMDB or Rotten Tomatoes ratings, and one in ten British people do the same. How the COVID-19 vaccine facilitates travel 14% to 16% of Britons and Americans have turned to sites like Trip Advisors and Booking.com to help plan their vacation. Since COVID 19, with the increase in online shopping and Internet usage, consumers have increasingly relied on such review sites. The data also shows that approximately 78% of Americans and 79% of Britons have found these sites. With this data, we can safely predict that online review sites are the future of online shopping, and the value of these sites will increase in the future.
