It happens a lot of times, you wanted to load balance on your phone number but then you find you have dialed the wrong number and your load is sent to that number. That’s pretty annoying.
But there is a way to get your balance back.
For Ufone customers:
Follow these steps:
1. Ask the retailer for the 16-digit transaction code
2. Type the number in the messaging app.
3. Send the number to 475.
In a few minutes, your load will be recovered.
If the load doesn’t come back, you can call 4974 or the Ufone helpline.
There is another method:
Dial *475# from your sim.
Type 2, the load reversal option.
Enter your transaction ID.
It will return your load.
For Jazz users:
- Ask the retailer for a 20 digit reference code and the pin code.
- Type RT<space>Retailer code<space>Pin code
in the message.
- Send it to 510.
You will get your balance within few minutes.
Another way is to dial 13344 or 111.
Tell the representative your retailer code and pin code and ask them to retrieve your load.
For Zong Users:
To retrieve your load:
Type a message with the retailer’s 11 digit code and pin code and send it to 212 or 33567.
You will get your load after some minutes.
You can dial 170 and provide the agent with your transaction code and pin code.
Ask them to retrieve your load.
Your load will be retrieved in few seconds.
- Get the Transaction ID and pin code from your retailer.
- Dial *777*55*PIN*Transaction ID#.
After some minutes you will get your load back.
You can also
Dial 345545 and ask the agent for your load retrieval after providing them the transaction ID and pin code.
